Double Wall Tank Lining

The Petrofuse Double Wall Tank Upgrade System has been specifically engineered and designed to upgrade existing underground storage tanks (USTs) and above ground storage tanks (ASTs) in situ, creating a new double walled tank with interstitial monitoring capability inside the existing single wall tank, providing three layers of containment including the original tank.

The Petrofuse system is composed of three distinct layers – each designed for a specific purpose. All components have been third party tested to ensure compatibility with not only existing motor fuel blends, aviation and jet fuels, but also with alternative high alcohol blends, one hundred percent alcohols, bio-diesel and exotics such as Adblue (clean burn additives for use in diesel vehicles).

All surface preparation, resin coating specifications and quality control testing follow recommended practices set forth in API 1631 and NLPA 631.
